23 May I love his perspectiveA picture speaks a thousand words.
Once in a while a photo can conjure up so much emotion and depth.
Such is what I find of James Nachtwey.
He does pictures of AIDS patient and tuberculosis victims. Not portraying them in any light, but the way it is.
He'll also shooting for the photo book '9 Days in the Kingdom', a collection of photos by the best handful of photographers invited to spend 9 days in Thailand to take photo for the book. I'm definitely buying it once released in December during HM the King's Birthday. James will be doing picture of AIDS and tuberculosis sufferer in Lopburi. He won't be portraying it in a beautiful spin, nothing to commercialize and market the Kingdom's beauty than the way it is. For that, I love his perspective.
